Got a problem with a printer? Faulty air-conditioning? Internet not working? Burst pipe over the weekend? These commonplace situations are a real nuisance for companies and their employees. To deal with them in real time, start-up MerciYanis offers an ergonomic software platform integrated into the company’s management tools via an API and which is linked to high-performance sensors.

« We initially started with an incident management module and then developed a building management module. Our smart clean module was launched in May. It allows cleaning to be carried out based on the actual use of the premises », explains Guillaume Blanc, the company’s CEO and one of its three founders.

Companies of all sizes are impressed by the time and money savings to be made, as well as the optimisation of operating costs and the service provided to employees. The TOP 15 cleaning groups now offer the MerciYanis solution.

The company is entering a new stage of its development, in order to harness the data collected. The aim? To offer predictive maintenance of equipment or smart schedule planning, and to tackle the challenges of facility management.

A first round of financing of €1 million was carried out in May, with BPI, OCSEED and business angels, including Damien Guermonprez (Lemonway) and Jonathan Lasserre (Employee Experience Manager at Sorare).

The new €3 million round of funding will enable the company to automate its internal processes, further structure its teams and develop its international sales. « We are already in Switzerland and Luxembourg. We will be targeting Germany and England very soon », says Guillaume Blanc.

« We received useful help from the Occitanie Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region via the START’OC PROcess. And we are delighted with the quality support provided by the digital experts at AD’OCC, who are always responsive.”
