Mon Chasseur Immo, dedicated exclusively to buyers

Online platform Mon Chasseur Immo helps people find a property by providing them with a range of services from A to Z.

Fact sheet
Date of creation: 2013
Workforce: 28 employees
Location: Montpellier
Website: www.monchasseurimmo.com

It represents the interests of buyers, not sellers. Founded in 2013 in Montpellier, Mon Chasseur Immo is different from traditional estate agents. « We help individuals to define the specifications of their search. We then select the properties that match their criteria and budget, then we accompany them during viewings, to help them make a decision », explains CEO Frédéric Bourelly.

With a network of 120 estate agents, spread over the 20 main cities in France, Mon Chasseur Immo has developed digital tools in-house, with the aim of simplifying the procedures for its customers via a Mon Chasseur Immo mobile app which allows them to track the progress of their plans in real time, and to help find suitable properties faster.

Today, Mon Chasseur Immo, whose shareholders include IRDI Capital Investissement and Sofilaro, wants to develop the reputation of its brand by increasing its network from 120 to 1,000 agents and enhancing its service platform by integrating AI-based application bricks. The company therefore wishes to raise nearly €10 million to complete these two projects.

AD’OCC is supporting it through Occitanie Invest.

« The Agency and the Occitanie/Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region have been by our side from the start. They are there at every stage of our development. In addition, the AD’OCC specialists have always provided excellent advice. Without their help, we wouldn’t have been able to move forward so quickly », concludes Frédéric Bourelly.
